Call for Abstracts
Instructions for Authors
- Those who would like to make 15-minute presentations related to their own research are invited to submit one or more abstracts on this form or copies thereof.
- Abstract should be typed single-spaced in the box provided
- Title must be brief and clearly indicate the nature of the investigation
- The title should be typed in CAPS on the line provided
- Author (s) last name, first and middle initials, and institutional affiliation(s) should be included on the lines provided
- Indent paragraph 3 spaces
- Organize abstract including:
(a) purpose
(b) methods
(c) results
(d) conclusions - Simple tables within the box are acceptable.
- Use standard abbreviations and generic drug names
- Submit online, or print this completed page and mail to:
